Vertically Integrated
Since 1994, the leading retail grocers and foodservice distributors have come to depend on Crystal Valley Foods.
While it started with our dedication to farming and sourcing the freshest specialty fruits and vegetables, we’ve earned trust and built long-term relationships through excellent service, an innovative and extensive product line, convenient shipping points, and reliable deliveries across the US and Canada.

Innovation and Sourcing
In addition to our core product line—which includes asparagus, baby vegetables, blueberries, peas, beans, Asian and tropical fruits and veg—our procurement team is constantly analyzing consumer eating preferences and culinary trends.
We source everyday favorites, and seek out unique, flavorful products—such as cachucha peppers, heirloom tomatoes, radicchio, shishito peppers, and star fruit—to provide a variety of popular and trending options.
Farms and Growing Regions
For premium quality year-round, our farms are located throughout North, Central and South America, as well as the Caribbean, Asia, and Europe.

Supply Chain Control and Reliability
We are one of the only vertically-integrated specialty suppliers in the US. We control the source, cold chain, and logistics through long-term grower partnerships, plus owned farms and packing facilities.
Distribution
Timely deliveries and managing cold chain integrity are critical aspects of supplying premium-quality fresh produce. To service customers coast-to-coast, we have two distribution centers—Miami and Los Angeles—as well as partnerships with 3rd party facilities
Crystal Valley Foods Miami
With 18 loading doors and a pre-cooler that chills 7,000 boxes in 2.5 hours, our flagship East Coast facility is our largest. It’s less than a mile from Miami International Airport and about 10 miles from the Port of Miami. It is SQF Food Safety Code, Edition 9.0 certified and has robust repack capabilities.
Crystal Valley West
Our West Coast facility is conveniently located at the Los Angeles Wholesale Terminal Market and has both cross-docking and storage capabilities.
3rd Party Facilities
We maintain additional locations in McAllen, TX, San Luis, AZ and the Northeast.
Shipping and Logistics
We closely coordinate our harvest programs with logistics, using air and ocean freight to maintain the cold chain and optimize shelf life. We receive air freight daily, and ocean freight weekly to bi-weekly. We also have experienced personnel to arrange full load and LTL shipments, if needed.
