Crystal Valley historically has marketed 1.5 million boxes of fresh asparagus annually, which has been at least 90% Peruvian production. With the addition of the Crystal Valley West and the direct grower relationship that Crystal Valley has structured in Mexico, it is projected that the total asparagus volume for 2013 will exceed 2.0 million boxes.
